Job Description
* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, train, and manage a team of up to 20 staff members, including an assistant manager and supervisors.
* Create and manage staff rosters, budgets, and stock control.
* Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure cohesive service operations and quality standards.
* Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
* Organize events, promotions, and special nights to attract new customers and retain regulars.
About You
* Proven experience in a senior management role in a similar venue.
* A hands-on approach with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
* Knowledge of managing stock and spillage costs, labor budgets, and people management.
* A deep understanding of the food and beverage industry and ability to make operational improvements.
* Excellent customer care, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Good working knowledge of I.T systems.
