Job Description:
ROLE: Project Quantity Surveyor
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the commercial aspects of the project, ensuring they are properly managed and controlled.
* Develop and deliver commercial strategy in accordance with business requirements.
* Carry out all Quantity Surveying duties including measurement, procurement, cost monitoring, cost control, cost reporting, preparation of interim payments, and settlement of final accounts.
* Maintain Project Variation Folders to include all Variations.
* Prepare Internal Subcontractor Payment Certificates.
* Liaise and coordinate with Kilcawley Project Team where necessary.
* Review and monitor Project Commercial Plans.
* Degree Educated in Quantity Surveying with some postgraduate experience.
* Strong knowledge of technical construction details.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong verbal, written, communication, presentation, and IT skills.
* Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
* Proficient in the full MS Office suite.
* Strong knowledge of Cubit, Buildsoft software (advantageous).
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
