Job Description
Accounts Payable Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
* Process high volumes of Accounts Payable Invoices and Credit notes accurately in a multi-currency and multi-company environment.
* E nsure the correct VAT treatment for invoices across multiple countries.
* Liaise with all levels of the organization to follow up on queries.
* Handle supplier and employee queries to ensure all Zendesk tickets are responded to in a timely manner and with complete information.
* Verify bank checks independently in adherence to company SOP.
* Resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Reconcile vendor accounts.
* Meet KPIs set on different aspects of the role.
* Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Essential Criteria:
* SAP Experience preferred.
* 1-2 years accounts payable and/or general accounting experience.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Understanding of P2P process.
