As we continue to grow and expand across Europe, we are seeking two talented Commissioning Managers Electrical to join our dynamic team in Dublin.
Role Overview: As the Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, timely, and efficient commissioning of critical systems and IT infrastructure within the built environment.
You will play a key role in managing commissioning services, ensuring smooth coordination across all project phases, and leading a team of engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of complex commissioning activities across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Phase:
1. Develop and review key commissioning documents such as Owner's Project Requirements, Basis of Design, and Commissioning Plans.
2. Lead Kick-Off Meetings and facilitate stakeholder collaboration for seamless project execution.
Construction Phase:
1. Conduct commissioning workshops (Level 2 to Level 4), oversee Factory and Field Witness Tests, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
2. Create detailed commissioning checklists and test scripts, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
3. Regularly communicate with clients and internal teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Acceptance Phase:
1. Manage Level 4 commissioning activities, working with project teams to resolve issues and present reports to stakeholders.
2. Lead Level 5 commissioning activities and prepare test scripts, ensuring a smooth project transition.
3. Coordinate pre-integrated systems testing meetings and manage the reporting process.
Handover Phase:
1. Organise system training and data collection for end-user preparedness.
2. Lead "Lessons Learned" workshops and produce final commissioning reports, ensuring a smooth handover of the project.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Essential: Completion of trade apprenticeship or relevant qualifications
2. Essential: CSCS / Safe Pass / ECS / SMSTS holder
3. Desirable: BEng (Hons) or equivalent in an engineering discipline
