AVK is a leading provider of energy solutions, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable projects in the power generation industry. We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team.
As a Site Administrator at AVK, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the site operations team. You will be required to maintain records and documentation, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, manage site facilities, and assist with general administrative tasks.
In this role, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential. You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the site.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage site facilities, including office space, equipment, and supplies.
2. Assist with scheduling and coordinating onsite meetings and events.
3. Support the site team with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
1. Site based 5 days per week to support the project and delivery team.
2. Administrative skills with strong organizational abilities to manage large amounts of documentation and keep the site running efficiently.
3. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
4. Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy in record-keeping, compliance, and reporting.
5. Proficiency in software: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and construction management software.
6. Problem-solving: Ability to address and resolve issues related to site operations, documentation, or coordination.
7. Knowledge of construction processes: Basic understanding of construction terminology and procedures to better support site operations.
8. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and clients.
