We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our team. This position is designed for recent graduates looking to start their career in the related industry/field. The Graduate will undergo a comprehensive training program, gaining hands-on experience and developing a broad understanding of our business operations.
During your Graduate programme with us you will gain new experience and be part of our dynamic company and industry. You will complete a rotational programme within the Finance function along with structured on-the-job training.
Location: Onsite in our Loughrea facility, 5 days per week.
As a Finance Graduate you will:
* Participate in a structured training program that includes rotations.
* Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects, contributing to the team's objectives.
* Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects.
* Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
* Develop and present reports, proposals, and recommendations.
* Attend meetings and participate in discussions to gain insights into business strategies.
* Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.

* Rotational experience within the Finance function.

Education:
* Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

* Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
* Previous internship or work experience in a relevant field/industry.
