Production Assistant - Production Business Unit
The Production Assistant in the Production Business Unit will assist in managing production batch records within the site production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a point person for Nexus on 8-hour days, providing front-line support to end-users with problems they might experience.
2. Monitor PI sheet and maintain virtual areas.
3. Account for non-routine material usage.
4. Review new manufacturing, cleaning, set-up tickets, and update current revisions on Regulus.
5. Review manufacturing tickets versus goods movement report, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
6. Assist Operators with scanning issues, e.g., over/under/key components.
7. Participate in Production BCP activities.
8. Provide support for emergency Tanker Unloading and Solvent Recovery areas.
9. Complete IIT, FIT, and Stability testing.
10. Review cleaning tickets on certain rigs and monitor/report for completeness.
11. Ensure consistent documentation across all rigs, including GMP tickets, attachments, CPP review, etc.
12. Track documentation errors and highlight common issues.
13. Collaborate with production operators, chemists, production assistants, and QITs to address concerns.
14. Support OSSCE implementation in your area.
15. Raise Level 1 Quality Deviations for all rigs.
16. Manage ticket room and flow of completed production tickets.
17. Route new and revised procedures, batch records, and compliance documents in the document management system.
Requirements:
* Interest in working within production and understanding business processes.
* High level of IT skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to help others.
* Ability to handle unexpected issues with problem-solving skills.
* Good Documentation Practices and compliance with procedures.
* Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently.
* Availability for some non-scheduled call-in time for plant emergencies.
Educational Requirements:
Leaving Certificate or equivalent education or experience.
