Aim Childcare Practitioner Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Aim childcare practitioner to join our team. This role is an Ecce sessional class based on the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM).
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Ecce teacher in creating engaging and interactive programmes for the children.
* E nsure the children's happiness, safety, and well-being within their environment.
* Maintain accurate records of classroom attendance, observations, plans, and curriculum implementation.
* Collaborate with the teaching team to plan, implement, and document curriculum.
* Work towards achieving goals set by Better Start for children requiring Level 7 Support.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 5 Childcare qualification.
* Experience working with young children, preferably in an Ecce setting.
Position Details:
* Term-time position with flexible hours: 15-20 hours per week, 9am-12pm, with optional extension to 1pm.
