Due to our continued expansion, Manguard Plus is seeking applications from candidates with Finance Administrator experience for the above position in our offices in Naas, Co Kildare. You will work closely with the finance department, providing administrative support to all team members as required.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Working closely with the Financial Controller in supporting the organisation in achieving its administration tasks and reporting to the Finance Director.
* Provide support to all sections within the finance team.
* Collating, scanning & filing.
* General administration duties.
* Cost reviews.
Key Requirements
* Proven work experience as an administrator.
* Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Sage 50.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Professional and friendly manner.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to multitask.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
