We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a leading multinational company in the retail sector for a PA to CEO. This is a great opportunity to join a leader in the market in a fast-paced position. Successful candidates will be fluent in both English and German as you will be working closely with stakeholders based in Germany.
Role: EA to CEO (German/English language skills required)
Location: Hybrid model with 2 days per week in office in West Dublin.
Role Type: Permanent.
What will I be doing?
* Providing a high level of support to the CEO, with heavy diary and travel coordination.
* Handling last minute diary requests ensuring adequate time allowances for meetings.
* Working closely with stakeholders across the EU to coordinate meetings, events, and provide administrative support.
* Coordinating meetings with stakeholders, setting agendas, and sharing meeting packs in advance.
* Preparing reports and presentations.
* Working closely with a team of PAs to plan ahead for internal and external events.
* Preparing for onsite meetings, ensuring appropriate setup and catering is provided as needed.
* Supporting on key strategic initiatives with ad-hoc project support.
* General administrative support.
What is required?
* Solid experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role.
* Previous experience in a multinational company would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office Package.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Professional manner with experience working closely with senior leadership.
* Resourceful and proactive team player.
