Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of EHS programs across multiple state-of-the-art medical devices plants in the Munster region.
* Manage ISO certification and audits, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and best practice regulations.
* Organize health and safety training and manage the on-site training matrix.
* Develop and deliver monthly safety alert/toolbox talk topics based on current risks and trends.
* Participate in audit processes and procedures to ensure business compliance.
* Conduct site audit inspections and support the team in developing high-risk assessments and method statements.
* Assist the waste administrator with waste management and invoicing in line with the commercial team.
* Analyse monthly EHS statistics for global board reports and identify current trends.
* Liaise with EHS regulators, including HSA, EPA, and local councils.
* Maintain the EHS management system and collaborate with site leadership to align on priority EHS issues.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of EHS experience.
* Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and local/national authorities.
* Proficiency in MS Office skills.
* Problem-solving attitude.
* Excellent client management skills.
