Commercial Manager - Contract Administrator - Civils Consultancy - Dublin
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects and manage a team to deliver cost management services.
* Manage client relationships, develop strategic cost management solutions, and ensure effective contract administration and procurement.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third-party professionals to provide updates and identify issues.
* Monitor financial progress, track costs, and provide information as needed.
* Contribute to business development by maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements:
* RICS / SCSI Chartered status with a BSc in a relevant discipline.
* At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent IT skills, report writing, and communication skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Efficient planning and resource allocation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Package:
€80K-€100K, negotiable based on experience.
