About the Role
Cpl Healthcare is partnering with a non-profit organisation based in Dublin, Ireland that provides services for people who are homeless and at risk of homelessness.
Purpose of the Role
This role is part of the Housing First Case Management Service to deliver a 'Housing First' approach to individuals experiencing long-term homelessness in County Clare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work to the principles and fidelity of housing first.
* Work within the framework of the overall objectives of the Housing First Intensive Case Management Service.
* Provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
* Establish trusting relationships with clients and engage them in work that enables them to move to a more stable lifestyle.
* Undertake assessments and support planning with clients.
* Develop methods and structures to support clients with their individual housing and welfare rights.
* Assist tenants to create and sustain a home.
* Work with a multi-disciplinary team and service.
Requirements:
* Qualification in social care or related discipline.
* Experience working with customers who are or have been homeless.
* Report writing abilities and IT skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of homelessness and issues affecting people who are or have been homeless.
What You'll Get
* Competitive salary range: €36,687 - €39,856.49.
* Contract: Full-time, 1 year fixed term contract.
