The Designate Retail Manager is responsible for filling in as a Branch Manager when the presiding manager is out of office. The Designate Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations and performance of the store including sales, staff, customer experience, security, health & safety, stock and resources management, and the overall continuous improvement of the branch.
Our client is offering a generous salary of up to €50,000 DOE with a great opportunity to earn a big annual bonus.

Paid Annual Leave (21 days) The requirements for this Designate Manager Job: Must drive and be flexible regarding your work location, as you will be required to travel to different stores to fill managerial vacancies. Strong relevant product knowledge/track record in the sale of Agri / DYI / Hardware is a requirement of this role. At least 3 years of retail experience including direct people management experience. Proficient IT knowledge (excel, email, POS) Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues & stakeholders. Strong business acumen, customer focus, and commercial awareness. Key Responsibilities for this Designate Manager Job: Health and Safety – ensure that safety procedures are known, understood and followed by all colleagues. People Management & Development – Lead and develop your team's capabilities, in line with the client's Core Values. Sales – Meet and exceed store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
