We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an OPAS Analyst within our Operations Planning Analysis and Support department.

Reporting to: OPAS Manager The successful applicants will have responsibility for the following: Issuance of Monthly Flight Integration based on customer airlines schedules.
Import airline schedule data into rostering software system in required format.
Prepare monthly rosters for staff in assigned operational departments in line with defined operations requirements in adherence to Working Time Regulations.
Strict adherence to approved budgeted staff headcount and FTE [Full-Time Hours Equivalent] with any variations fully documented and analysis provided.
Create and analyse capacity planning of different departments and structures.
Develop, Present and Implement approved plans /creative solutions to improve staff utilisation.
Planning of training in conjunction with the Training Department Annual Leave requests and approvals to be monitored and managed in line with defined parameters per role/department in a timely manner for assigned operational departments.
Monitor optimum skill levels per respective department requirements and identify skill gaps and training planning in conjunction with the training department and department management teams.
Produce seasonal staff forecast and exact planning in accordance to airline schedules with associated volume increases and decreases.
Issuance of monthly forecasts for flight volume, staffing, and training requirements Maintenance and updating of software systems as required for scheduling, rostering, and time management.
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information collected.
Collaboration with Finance department to ensure all operational services are recorded and invoiced.
Assistance with ongoing development of Operational and other IT systems to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Develop, monitor and report financial operational analysis.
Other duties will be assigned from time to time. Requirements Operations background / knowledge of staff allocations desirable Experience in similar role preferred Proven planning and analysis abilities required Strong time management and organizational skills Good written and spoken communication skills MS Office Proficiency Required with intermediate Excel Skills at minimum.

The role of Aircraft Appearance Operative is a part-time, temporary contract, featuring a probation period of six months to ensure a good fit for both you and our team.
We offer a competitive rate of pay.
While the standard hours of the contract are 37.5 hours per week, flexibility is essential as you may be required to work additional hours in response to operational needs, including aircraft delays or other disruptions.
