Role Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting a premium beer brand with Dublin’s top On-Trade venues. Through impactful training, creative activations, and strategic collaborations, you’ll inspire trade partners and consumers to embrace this exceptional product.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driving Sales Growth: Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, secure new draught placements, and optimize performance in targeted venues. Work closely with account managers and trade partners to achieve volume targets and boost sales.
2. Trade Education: Deliver engaging beer education programs tailored for bartenders, bar managers, and trade professionals. Share insights into the brand’s brewing process and history, fostering enthusiasm and advocacy within the On-Trade community.
3. Bartender Engagement: Build strong relationships with bartenders, positioning the brand as their go-to choice for premium draught beer. Recognize and celebrate advocacy efforts to drive loyalty and excitement.
4. Creative Activations: Plan and execute unique in-bar activations that captivate consumers and enhance the brand’s visibility. Partner with venues to create tailored experiences that align with their audience and objectives.
About You
1. Experience: 2+ years in a brand ambassador, sales, or hospitality-related role, preferably within the premium beverages or On-Trade sectors.
2. Sales Savvy: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable results in a competitive market.
3. Relationship-Driven: Skilled in building trust and rapport with trade partners and stakeholders.
4. Creative Visionary: Enthusiastic about designing innovative activations and engaging experiences.
5. Beer Enthusiast: Passionate about beer, with a deep understanding of what makes premium beverages stand out.
Requirements
1. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with trade schedules.
2. A network of existing relationships in Dublin’s On-Trade market is a strong advantage.
