We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with our strategic goals.
* Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimal results.
* Develop project plans, goals, and budgets, identifying necessary resources.
* Plan, manage, and communicate timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
* Ensure technical feasibility and the use of best practices and standards in all projects.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
* Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
* Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, including scope and change management.
* E nsure that projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms, particularly AWS.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
* Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, virtualization, cloud technologies, and data centers.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
