Job Title: Front of House Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy hotel reception, exclusive golf resort, and reservations department in Co. Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a reception team and concierge staff to ensure a seamless guest experience upon check-in and departure
* Oversee everyday operations in a golf environment with Front of House Management and front office department
* Provide exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills to drive results
* Collaborate with the hotel management team to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Utilize Office Suite, Hotel booking systems, and CRMS to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience as Front of House Manager
* Proven track record of managing a team within a 4* / 5* hotel environment
* Commercially focused with absolute attention to detail
* Exceptional leadership, reception, communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Able to work on own initiative and equally able to work as part of the overall hotel management team
* Proficient with Office Suite, Hotel booking systems, and CRMS
