Marketing Manager - Ashbourne Choice is an Irish owned and operated family business that has been trading successfully in Ireland for over 40 years.

We currently have a vacancy for a Marketing Manager to help drive interest in the brand and deliver creative content to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline marketing.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing and eCommerce administrator, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buyers, product development, and customer service, and the retail estate to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, ideally in a with a retail background.
Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and executing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, SEO, analytics platforms).
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and design principles.
