Our Client, a Cork based Design & Events business, is currently hiring for an experienced Project Administrator for an initial 2 month temporary contract to support the existing team during a busy period of international events:
* 2 month temporary contract initially
* Minimum 28hrs a week - more during busy periods
* Pay based on experience
* Immediately Available
Responsibilities
* Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules
* Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations and preparing itineraries
* Provide administrative support to the Project Team - manage client and stock database
* Coordinate the logistics and organisation for events
* Participate in implementing communication strategies (external vendors etc.)
Experience
* Excellent communication skills
* 2+ years experience in a similar administrative role
* Efficient working under pressure, highly organised and comfortable working alone and in a team-based environment
* Experience in an Events or Communications role is very beneficial
* Background or keen interest in Events/Design/Art etc. is also highly beneficial
