Job Description
We are seeking a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Governance Program Analyst to perform DLP governance functions and deliverables within the Information Protection Management Program. This role requires an individual with deep knowledge of data protection technologies and configurations to monitor data transmissions seeking to leave our environment to detect, alert, and/or block unauthorized transfers.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Producing regular reporting related to the governance of the DLP program to assess compliance with the Information Protection Standard
2. Distributing reporting to various committees, councils, and regulatory reporting forums as required
3. Engaging with teams across State Street and vendors to perform related governance functions
Requirements

1. An understanding of DLP governance
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
3. Ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
4. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
