Payroll Administrator
Kenny-Whelan is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the Finance Team with a Global Pharmaceutical Company.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end payroll processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
* Data validation and analysis from multiple sources, including HR ERP, T&A, and Comp & Benefit Providers
* Starter and Leavers Registration
* Monthly PAYE Submissions on ROS
* All aspects of the payroll process, including BIK, share awards, pension, and other voluntary and statutory deductions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Business or Accounting, or another relevant Payroll qualification
* 3+ years of Irish Payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll processes, tax, and legal frameworks
* Experience in using payroll systems (CoreHR/People XD portal)
* A high degree of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for working within a team environment
