This role will see you work remotely on a diverse project based in the Middle-East.

The Role:
This role is to provide a critical and supportive peer review role on sustainability, including the ability to advise on alternative strategies to meet the Basis of Design (BoD).
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
1. Candidate/consultant should ideally have experience in the Middle East with large complex and innovative projects.
2. Candidate/consultant should ideally have experience in the process of peer reviews (either as consultant or reviewer) or in a quality control role.
3. The projects involve credentials for sustainability (including LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum). Familiarity with delivering buildings to meet the various sustainability credentials is very desirable.
4. The Candidate/consultant should be capable of liaising with the MEP consultants and peer reviewer and will be responsible for ensuring that the sustainability requirements are embedded.
5. Meeting times to accommodate Middle East time zones.

Levels
1. Level 2 – 10 years + experience in engineering/design role
2. Level 3 – 5 years + experience in engineering/design role
Working hours are a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Remote working is possible full-time, with occasional office meetings (depending on circumstances).
Initial contract role (if applicable) 3 months. The multiple projects involved will potentially require ongoing consultancy for several years.
