Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales and event process, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
* Work closely with wedding couples, event organisers, and internal operational managers to ensure seamless event execution.
* Maintain high standards within the Sales & Events department, ensuring exceptional customer service at all stages.
* Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
* Contribute to sales efforts by converting enquiries into bookings and maximising revenue opportunities.
* Assist with on-the-day coordination of weddings and events as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience in events, hospitality, or a similar sales-driven role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.
* Excellent computer proficiency; knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage.
* Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and midweek shifts.
