About our Line of Business – Mission Software & Services
Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client’s innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. We provide intelligent, actionable insights and sustainable solutions to our valued partners in diverse industries including defence, government, and commercial sectors.

You will lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of IT Systems.
Be Part of Our Success
1. Lead, manage, mentor and motivate a team size of at least 4 team members, both level 1 and level 2.
2. Manage and track IT assets.
3. Manage the preventive maintenance program.
4. Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, change requests, service requests, and repairs.
5. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with security and safety standards.
6. Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements.
7. Manage budget and cost control.
8. Vendor management: Collaborate with external service providers and contractors when required; negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
9. Develop and deliver various maintenance documentation such as incident reports and maintenance reports required for the purpose of O&M.
10. Maintain documentation and records to support compliance efforts.
11. Be the point of contact for customers and manage customer expectations.
Qualities We Value
1. At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the role with strong knowledge of maintenance best practices.
2. Understanding and practice of the ITIL framework.
3. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
4. Good team player with excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
