We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Caseworker to work in our Turas Nua Wexford office.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience and excellent administration skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
As a Caseworker, you will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to provide intensive, targeted, and personalised employment support services.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing robust case management plans for each client, using industry-leading assessment technology to identify goals and barriers to employment, and providing coaching and mentoring to clients.
You will also maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market, organise daily schedules for face-to-face meetings, phone calls, online meetings, and email correspondence with clients and other service providers, and ensure accurate recording of client interactions on the CRM system.
