The role of the Office Coordinator is a dynamic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and support the General Manager (GM) and affiliate leadership team. As our Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of general office tasks while providing essential support to the GM and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee general office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-supplied workplace.
* Handle incoming post, manage complaints, device returns and coordinate courier and taxi services.
* Manage the General Manager's calendar, travel, and conference arrangements to ensure efficient time management.
* Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and presentation preparation where required.
* Facilitate effective communication within the organization by distributing key updates and supporting team-wide initiatives.
This part-time role is based in an office environment and requires half a day on Tuesday and Wednesday, and full days on Thursday and Friday.
About You:
* You have experience in office administration or a similar role, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
* You can prioritise tasks, handle multiple projects and adapt to changing demands.
* You are a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through without constant supervision.
* You are a strong collaborator and build lasting relationships across all levels.
* You have proficient skills in MS Office and other relevant tools.
