Job Description:
Fantastic hybrid opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a leading Insurance company based in South Dublin. You will be joining the HR & Payroll team reporting directly to the HR & Payroll Manager and be responsible for processing in house monthly payrolls.
* 12 Month Contract initially
* Flexible hybrid model - 2 days in office per week

Responsibilities:
* Processing end to end payroll in a high-volume environment
* Efficiently managing up to 7 payrolls and being the point of contact for any queries
* Performing tax calculations
* Managing BIK processes and addressing any issues that arise
* Issuing payslips to employees
* Sending payroll information to business leaders upon request
* Assisting the HR team when required
* Working as part of the payroll team and providing advice to employees/management
Key Skills/Qualifications:
* At least 2-3 years payroll experience
* In-house payroll experience is an advantage
* Experience working end to end payrolls
