To be considered for this position you must have B2B experience within the private sector Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage large-scale global programs, ensuring successful execution across multiple projects. - Lead and mentor project managers, promoting best practices and effective issue resolution. - Ensure program governance, tracking, and reporting, maintaining alignment with business objectives. - Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and transparency. - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular program status reports. - Implement best practices for communication, decision-making, and risk management to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget. - Support the ongoing development of program management standards and processes within the organization. Essential Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer-facing project/program management, including at least 4 years in a program management role. - A background in a SaaS organisation with B2B experience is essential. - Experience within the Telco or IoT industry is a strong nice-to-have - 2+ years of people management experience, with a strong track record of leadership and team development, and experience working with geographically distributed teams. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience managing projects using Agile frameworks. - High-level presentation skills - Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools. - Formal project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). - Experience managing third-party vendors and partners.
