Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Experience in full life-cycle sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
2. Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
3. Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while hitting goals.
4. Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.

Google's New Business Sales team is a group of highly-skilled sales professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring high potential advertisers, by persuading them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (YouTube, Search, and the Google Display Network) into their marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full business cycle from prospecting to closing, managing the relationship for another six months after closure and working closely with our account team to drive sustainable performance.
2. Build a pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing teams.
3. Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
4. Consult clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, etc.).
