The g Hotel & Spa is known for offering an extraordinary experience with unparalleled luxury, style, and relaxation. Our guests expect the very best, and we need a Guest Service Staff - Nights Member who shares our commitment to providing exceptional service to ensure our guests have a memorable stay.
Your Responsibilities:
* Handle guest incidents, complaints, and coordinate service recovery in collaboration with the Manager.
* Set up, maintain, and clean Conference & Banqueting areas to the highest standard.
* Communicate and resolve maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
* Follow internal procedures and controls in accordance with the company’s audit requirements.
* Be fully knowledgeable of emergency procedures and fire safety protocols.
* Work in partnership with the Night Manager to achieve all department objectives.
* Close daily business operations and secure the property for the night.
* Prepare the hotel for a new day, ensuring attention to cleanliness and presentation.
* Assist all departments while on shift; knowledge of bar & restaurant operations would be beneficial.

What We're Looking For:
* Previous Experience: Experience in a similar guest service role with a strong awareness of hospitality standards.
* Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering top-tier service to all guests.
* Attention to Detail: High standards in organization, planning, and ensuring every task is executed perfectly.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience with Micros/Opera would be beneficial.
