This senior leadership role has a global scope and is responsible for shaping the product strategy, driving innovation, and leading a team of Technical Product Owners/Analysts across diverse regions and business units within an Agile Product-based organizational structure. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of both technical and business aspects, exceptional people and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and drive strategic alignment across a global landscape.What you will do:Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-region team, promoting standardization, scalability, and platform performance that supports Supply Chain operations.Guide the team in managing regional priorities while considering global platform plans and vision, adapting to local markets, and maximizing product impact.Drive cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, production, quality) to identify opportunities for standardization and drive platform vision and product delivery with measured business impact.Engage with key stakeholders at global and regional levels to ensure a cohesive product vision and strategy.Monitor and analyze the performance of the global product portfolio, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.What you have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.12+ years of relevant experience.Experience in global programs and defining vision considering regional needs.Strong leadership mindset.Experience driving implementation of platform standardization in multiple regions with centralized support (ERP, IBP, Product launches).Extensive global product management experience, including managing teams and driving strategy across multiple regions and business units.Proven track record of successfully launching products in diverse markets and driving innovation on a global scale.Exceptional leadership, cultural sensitivity, communication, and stakeholder management skills.We thank all candidates for their curiosity about MABIUC and we will get in touch with those candidates that are under consideration.
