Job Title: Clerical Officer

The role is based in Dublin 8 and involves working as a Department Support Coordinator for a temporary opportunity through Staffline, lasting 48 weeks with weekly payroll. There is scope for the role to be extended for a further 96 weeks based on business requirements.

This position is fully office-based, requiring the candidate to work from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.15pm, reporting directly to the Department Manager.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate administrative duties for the department, including requisitions, Purchase Orders, scheduling, and training.

* Complete administrative tasks such as invoicing updates and compliance checks.

* Upload information onto internal systems and generate reports to support payroll, order requests, and proof of delivery requirements.

* Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email correspondence.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in an office admin role, with previous experience in business support schedule/booking coordination.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Proficient with SAP Materials Management software and MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

* Familiar with SharePoint and possessing excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
