This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Professional to gain operational and strategic experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our established HR team in County Longford.
The successful candidate will oversee all talent management activities from end to end, act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, devise and execute engagement and employee recognition activities, and provide specialist HR support on policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and employment legislation.
Responsibilities
* Conduct interviews and manage talent management activities from end to end
* Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals
* Devise and execute engagement and employee recognition activities
* Provide specialist HR support on policies and procedures
* Assist in the driving and optimization of the company's HRIS System
* Create HR reports to track company analytics, including absenteeism, engagement levels, and recruitment requisitions
Requirements
* Minimum 3-4 years of Human Resources Experience
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of Irish Tax/Employment Law
* Experienced in managing employee relations cases and utilising HRIS Systems
* Obtained a degree in HR or a CIPD Qualification
* Preferable to have experience within a manufacturing organisation
* Proficient in utilising HR Systems and Microsoft Office applications
