Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their Sales Administration / Customer Care Team.
This is a permanent role and salary is circa €40k pa.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE : Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely order entry into the system and monitor order status until completion.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment and delivery of orders.
Customer Enquiries: Dealing with customer enquiries, providing prompt assistance.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email.
Offer product recommendations, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales and meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and contribute to business growth.
Team Collaboration: Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient order fulfilment.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and provide support where necessary.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : Previous experience in an internal sales or customer care role Background knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gaskets, seals, or transmission products is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries.
Proficient in using CRM software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a diverse range of customer needs.
