Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting for a well-known household retail brand. This retailer has a core focus on Womenswear, Menswear, Footwear, and Accessories. We are looking for an inspirational Store Manager who is very commercial and loves a challenge in North Dublin.
As a Store Manager, you will focus on people, service, operations, and product management. You will take the lead in planning and organizing monthly activities and be keen to build relationships with head office.
Responsibilities:
1. Driving customer service levels.
2. Leading and inspiring your management team.
3. Overseeing people, service, operations, and product management.
4. Sales generation, driving KPIs, budget, and P&L management.
5. Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained.
6. Training and development of employees.
7. One-to-one coaching and succession planning.
Must-Haves:
1. Currently working as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or Department Manager.
2. At least 2-3 years of Retail Management experience.
3. A natural flair for Visual Merchandising and an eye for detail.
4. Experience working in Fashion is highly desirable but not essential. Can have experience working in Footwear, Accessories, Clothing, or big box retail.
5. A love for inspiring your team through leadership and celebration of exceeding KPIs.
6. Experience managing turnovers over £1 million will be an advantage.
