We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and develop our IT service desk team, ensuring top-tier IT support and infrastructure stability for all employees within Muehlhan Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Develop the IT Service Desk Team: Provide strong leadership and professional development for IT support staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
* Ensure High-Quality IT Service Delivery: Guarantee that all employees receive effective IT support and services.
* Participate in Daily IT Operations: Handle IT infrastructure management and on-site support as needed.
* Ensure Stable and Secure IT Operations: Implement best practices to maintain robust and secure IT systems.
* Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with external suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure timely project delivery.
* Drive IT Strategy Development and Execution: Support the implementation of Muehlhan's IT strategy, aligning with business goals.
* Identify Technology Innovations: Evaluate emerging technologies and innovations to create value and competitive advantages for Muehlhan.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in IT management, including leadership of IT service desk teams.
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and daily operational management.
* Experience with vendor and project coordination.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with analytical skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to foster collaboration.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
