**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a night shift pattern. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site's mechanical and electrical systems, while also contributing to our Net Zero Energy efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform scheduled engineering maintenance works, including diagnostic fault analysis;
* Maximise utilisation of site assets while minimising costs, in conjunction with Engineering Management and Production Manager;
* Drive Net Zero Energy efforts by reducing energy usage;
* Maintain site assets and fabric;
* Carry out schedule-based maintenance work on equipment, buildings and services;
* Fault find mechanical and/or electrical faults and repair equipment;
* Deliver callout support and handovers to ensure reliability and performance of plant machinery;
* Proactively identify and rectify potential equipment/service issues;
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in a similar role;
* Experience servicing and repairing electrical, electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems;
* Experience working in a high-volume production environment with automated machinery;
* Mechanical fault finding, maintenance and installation skills;
* Preventive Maintenance experience on motors, gearboxes, conveyor systems, rollers and pneumatic/hydraulic systems;
* Ability to adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications;
