Responsibilities: Answering telephones, managing switchboard and taking messages as required.Supporting the organisation and planning of off-site events.Managing the Meeting's Diary including planning, organising and preparing meeting rooms, ordering catering as required.Attending, collating documents, reports and minute-taking for monthly management meetings.Ordering stock and stationary.Assisting with travel and transportation arrangements and accommodation requirements for the staff.Receiving invoices for office supplies and preparing petty cash reports.Collecting receipts for Credit Card Statements.Updating Schedules of Directors and Staff Itinerary.Assisting HR Department with their duties.Requirements: Previous experience in a corporate receptionist role, within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Keen experience in switchboard management, travel arrangements, meeting room management and general admin.Proven communication and organisation skills.About the Job: Contract Type: FULL_TIME
