Senior HR Business Partner
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to take ownership of the human resources function for our Dublin operation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on strategy, culture development, and growth and development of the Irish staff.
You will have a seat at Executive meetings and act as a key decision maker influencing the development of the Dublin workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with, influence, and advise key stakeholders on HR matters and strategy within the Irish office.
* Work closely with Partners to identify their needs and develop appropriate initiatives, policies, and procedures.
* Local recruitment in partnership with centralised resourcing teams based in the UK.
* Conduct induction process with new joiners / assist leavers and conduct exit interviews.
* Manage ER issues – working with Managers and employees through disciplinary / grievance procedures.
* Support employees through health issues, absenteeism, sickness, and leave planning.
* Support the Managing Partner and Partners through the performance management and promotion processes.
* Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on financial and other matters to the Executive Board.
* Support resourcing teams with annual Graduate and Trainee recruitment programmes.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience of working at a similar level in a large Legal, Professional Services or Financial Services firm.
* Ability to work autonomously as a decision maker and with influence on strategy and policy design.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in working closely with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have an estimated salary of €90,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
