Litigation Legal Secretary
This role involves providing high-level administrative support to our litigation team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in a legal secretarial role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transcribe dictation and prepare complex legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, letters, and other correspondence.
* Correspond with clients, witnesses, and counsel via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
* Filing and general administrative support, including diary management.
Requirements:
* Full-time position in a busy litigation department.
* Based in office at our Wicklow location.
* Essential experience in a legal secretarial role.
