Longchamp has a long and storied tradition. They are a French luxury brand, known for their handbags in leather and canvas, luggage, fashion accessories, and ready-to-wear, with Arnotts being the only Boutique in Ireland. The brand is now distributed in more than 300 stores around the world and is still owned and managed by the Cassegrain family, maintaining strong family values.
KNOW THE ROLE
As an ambassador for Longchamp, you will represent the brand image and embody its values. Your responsibilities include greeting and advising customers, developing the customer base, and building loyalty to achieve sales and service targets set by management.
1. Greeting and assisting local and international customers, proactively introducing them to the brand, collections, and product lines.
2. Listening to and identifying customer needs.
3. Ensuring customer service policy is respected by delivering sincere and impeccable service.
4. Developing an effective sales pitch.
5. Demonstrating proficiency in complementary and additional sales techniques.
6. Delivering after-sales service and addressing customer dissatisfaction and complaints.
7. Preparing for sales and promotions.
Clienteling
1. Building customer loyalty and ensuring personalized follow-up.
2. Developing and monitoring the store's customer portfolio using CRM resources.
Organisation of the Store
1. Key holder for opening and closing the store as required.
2. Opening and closing the checkout and cashing up when necessary.
3. Assisting with ticketing, deliveries, and floor replenishment when needed.
4. Ensuring efficient store operations and product displays in line with company standards.
5. Assisting with annual and rolling stock-takes and stock control.
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1. Enthusiastic, reliable, energetic self-starters with experience in luxury service retail.
2. Recognized for exemplary behavior, dynamism, autonomy, and proactivity.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-oriented, and team player.
4. Experience in retail or boutique/fashion industry preferred but not required.
5. Experience with retail point of sale systems and key holder experience is a plus.
