Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide courteous, pleasant, and professional service to members via phone, face-to-face interaction, website, or email.
* Offer back-office support, including payroll management, direct debit payment management, loan underwriting, new member applications, and other services.
* Assist with front-line/call centre duties, such as loan application processing, account management, credit control queries, and other services.
* Participate in training to stay up-to-date on all products and services.
* Identify training needs and work with line managers to develop skills.
* Maintain high computer skills to effectively use our systems and manage the workstation.
* Contribute to risk management by identifying potential risks and reporting them to the Risk Officer.
* Operate within compliance frameworks, adhering to legislation and regulatory direction.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Satisfy minimum competency requirements for insurance and deposit product sales (QFA/CUA/APA in Loans & Savings & Investments).
* Possess good IT skills and excellent administration skills with attention to detail.
* Avoidance of at least 1 to 4 years experience in similar roles would be an advantage.
