An exciting but rarely available position has opened up for an experienced Executive Assistant with 5+ years experience, ideally coming from a financial or professional services background
About the Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive PA to support a member at Board Level. This is a rarely available position at an exciting time for the Firm and requires someone with excellent prioritisation, digital and stakeholder skills. This role will provide strategic administrative support to Board Level, in support of their personal effectiveness, success and the Firm's growth strategy.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
1. Positively represent the member of staff you are supporting across the Firm and externally with clients and other key stakeholders
2. Efficient administrative support including complex diary management, meeting papers, travel schedules, expense reporting and event bookings
3. Compile daily briefings/agendas/background material, while undertaking research where required, to ensure they are prepared for meetings and events
4. Organise and plan executive team meetings
5. Work closely with other executive administration professionals and with enabling area professionals ensuring close collaboration and connectedness
6. Provide support for special projects, initiatives and communications
Skills & Requirements
7. Proven experience as an Executive PA/Executive Assistant to C-suite Board, preferably within the financial services or professional services environment
8. Strong digital skills including advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
9. A high level of integrity and trust with confidential information
10. Adaptable and ability to use good judgment to react quickly in a fast-paced environment with changeable schedules and events
11. Proven ability to influence, negotiate and build effective relationships with all stakeholders at every level of the organisation within a complex, matrix, or multi-faceted environment
12. Excellent attention to detail and an ability to provide information at a high standard
13. Excellent work ethic and a willingness to take the initiative and ownership to see things through to completion and collaborate with peers
14. Strong curiosity to learn the business and grow in impact and influence
