About This Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Support and manage the collection of large datasets related to sustainability metrics from various sources across the Group.
2. Analyse sustainability data on a quarterly and annual basis to track key performance indicators and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
3. Maintain Power BI dashboards/visualizations that communicate sustainability performance to key internal stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with Business Units on implementing sustainability plans.
5. Regularly support the monitoring of progress on sustainability action plans.
6. Coordinate and support the integration of EU Taxonomy requirements throughout the Group.

Requirements
* BA/BS degree in Sustainability, Data Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business.
* Significant experience as a Sustainability Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
* In-depth understanding of sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices in the construction sector.
* Certification in sustainability-related fields (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) is a plus.
