GROUP SALES MANAGER
Our client, a leading healthcare technology SaaS company based in the UK and Ireland, is seeking a Group Sales Manager to drive strategic growth of our sales department.

Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Leadership:
o Collaborate with senior leaders to implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth targets in the UK and Ireland healthcare market.
* Team Management & Development:
o Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing training, support, and development opportunities for individual and team success.
* Revenue Growth:
o Drive sales performance and accelerate revenue growth across multiple segments, focusing on existing customers and new business acquisition.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
* Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
o Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to executive team, identifying opportunities and challenges in real-time.
* Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
o Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategy and position the company as a market leader.
* Negotiation & Deal Closing:
o Lead high-value negotiations to deliver maximum value for both customers and the company.
* Key Account Management:
o Develop and nurture relationships with key strategic accounts and partners for long-term success and retention.
Requirements:
* Proven Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience in SaaS or healthcare technology industries.
* Industry Knowledge:
o Deep understanding of the healthcare sector, specifically home and residential care, social care for adults and children, particularly in the UK and Ireland.
* Leadership Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management experience with a track record of building, developing, and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
* Sales Expertise:
o Extensive experience in B2B sales, including developing sales strategies, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
* Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
o Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop and refine sales strategies.
* Communication Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Results-Driven:
o Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
* Education:
o A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the UK and Ireland healthcare technology market.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance analytics platforms.
