Role: Temporary Administrator - Learning & Development Team
Contract: 3 Months (with potential for extension)
Location: Kildare (Hybrid, 2 days on-site)
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 DOE
Start Date: Immediate
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a highly organised and conscientious Temporary Administrator to support their Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in Learning & Development, who can thrive in a busy environment. The successful candidate will assist the team with essential administrative tasks, training coordination, data gathering, and data cleansing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
* Organise and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, communication with attendees, and preparing resources.
* Assist with gathering and cleansing data to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain and update L&D databases and tracking systems.
* Prepare training materials and relevant documentation.
* Manage and monitor training feedback and evaluations.
* Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors as needed.
* Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the L&D function.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or Learning & Development.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
