Customer Service Specialist – Evening Shift
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the US market. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires working between 5pm and 1am.
About the Role
This is a permanent role that reports to the Customer Service Team Lead. The successful candidate will be paid an attractive salary and shift pattern allowance.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner, resolving issues related to company products.
* Maintain knowledge of company facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
* Complete documentation to in-house standards and comply with all in-house procedures.
* Work in a safe manner at all times.
* Report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Minimum 1 year's experience working in a customer service environment.
* Strong communications skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
* Ability to work 5 evenings onsite, from 5pm to 1am (essential).
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
