Title: Human Resources Business Partner
This pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the smooth operation of the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
* Serve as a HR Partner to business leaders, developing HR strategies, needs assessments, and resulting HR solutions.
* Assist the Human Resources Manager in developing and delivering HR strategies, programs, and services that meet business needs.
* Coach business leaders on HR practices to enhance talent pipeline development and retention, increase organizational effectiveness, and foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
* Utilize data analysis and survey results to generate insights around talent, culture, and engagement.
* In partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, implement HR programs to support People Strategy & Organizational Goals around organizational effectiveness, change management, and inclusive culture.
* Work with HR Operations and business leaders to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations regarding employee documentation, status changes, pay, benefits, performance appraisals, employee relations investigations, discipline, and terminations.
* Prepare monthly HR metrics for management and division as required.
Qualifications
* A relevant degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* 6-8 years of experience as a Business HR Partner, with experience in one other HR specialization.
* Strong knowledge of employment law in Ireland.
* A passion for people with strong business acumen, enjoying work in a fast-paced and demanding environment that rewards strong performance.
