Our not-for-profit client, in Dublin city centre, has an exciting requirement for a TA Specialist, for a 3 month contract, with hybrid working on offer. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organisation.
Responsibilities Required
1. Work closely with hiring managers to manage hiring requirements.
2. Manage end to end talent acquisition activities from writing job descriptions to offer stage.
3. Creatively source active and passive high-quality talent, continuously building candidate pipeline.
4. Provide regular updates and feedback to Hiring Managers.
5. Gather and manage database of applicants and potential candidates on HRIS.
6. Occasionally participate on interview panels as required.
7. Manage the post recruitment communication with candidates.
Experience Required
1. 2+ years’ experience working in Recruitment Coordination or Talent Acquisition.
2. Relevant third level qualification in HR, or related field, with CIPD membership (highly desirable).
3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment across multiple regions or departments.
4. Must have excellent organisational skills with strong focus on attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and strong team player.
6. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems.
